How It Works
Wash and pat dry the area you are treating no moisturizer or serum under. Take a cut out piece from the sticker sheet and lay it firmly on the spot so that the sticky side is on top. Leave on for 6–8 hours or overnight. The white gunk on the patch is the oil and film that the patch has removed from your skin when it is being peeled off. If necessary use a new patch.

How do I know the patch is working?
Then look at the center — the oil, pus and buildup that it absorbed from your skin will turn white or yellowish when you peel it off. That is the indication that it is working. If the patch remains clear after 6-8 hrs, then it may require even more time to appear. Make a new patch and repeat the process.

They really work, for this price they're amazing (you can apply them at night, they stick firmly).
I don't recommend applying makeup over it; it's better to apply makeup, use a cotton swab to clean the pimple, and then stick it on. This way it's even less noticeable to the eye and almost invisible on the skin from a distance.
